All vendors must apply for a license with the Casino Control Commission. Please complete the appropriate form and submit along with the required application fee via check or money order to the Virgin Islands Casino Control Commission office located at #5 Estate Orange Grove, Christiansted, St. Croix, USVI.

Before you start to complete any forms, it is strongly recommended that you review the licensing requirements and the application process detailed in The Act and Regulations on the Commission’s website. Incentives may be available through the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority. The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority manages the Hotel Development Program, a program designed to assist in the development of hotels, resorts and related hotel facilities to increase opportunities in tourism enterprises in the Virgin Islands.
